Electromagnetic Dosing Pump EMEC VCO is a highly reliable device for constant dosing of chemicals. It offers the possibility of adjusting the membrane stroke speed and features a slow mode for power reduction by up to tenfold.
Thanks to its robust construction, it is ideal for demanding operations and intensive use. Its main applications are in water treatment and chemical processes, including dosing disinfectants such as chlorine and chlorine dioxide. It is also suitable for use in industry (dosing wax, emulsions, rinsing agents, etc.).
The pump can operate in standard mode with membrane stroke frequencies ranging from 0-100% and in slow mode with membrane stroke frequencies ranging from 0-10%.
All control parameters and settings can be easily adjusted and monitored using precise knobs and LED indicators. The IP65 protection ensures resistance to external influences, guaranteeing long life and reliability.
The package includes a complete set of accessories (injection valve, suction strainer, screws, hoses, etc.).

The performance of the pumps depends on the back pressure (the environment where the liquid is dosed). The greater the back pressure, the lower the pump performance; the lower the back pressure, the greater the pump performance. This also applies to the volume of each pump dose.
