The replacement filter cartridge is used for the washing machine filter Ecosoft Scalex. The cartridge comes in granular form and is typically used for softening utility water.
Filtration mixture
The specially patented Scalex filtration mixture effectively targets minerals that cause water hardness and does not contain any harmful substances such as phosphates, polyphosphates, or phosphonates. The mixture is made from industrial ion-exchange resin processed with polymers and antibacterial agents. The lifespan of the filter cartridge is approximately 8 months or 20,000 liters of filtered water. After this period, the filter cartridge must be replaced with a new one.
