These small mechanical filters are suitable for home use. The Cintropur NW 18 mechanical water pipeline filters remove mechanical impurities such as sand, clay, hair, and other insoluble particles up to 5 microns depending on the used filter cartridge. Mechanical filters serve as pre-filters and are installed as the first stage of the filtration system.

Advantages of using Cintropur filters

Cintropur is one of the most cost-effective options on the market. Instead of a classic filter cartridge, a so-called "sock" is used, which is placed over the filter cylinder. The filter features low pressure drop. The filter's design includes a so-called centrifuge, which creates a boiling effect in the filter bowl, significantly enhancing filtration efficiency.

You should know

We recommend installing Cintropur filters at a sufficient height that allows for convenient maintenance and replacement of the filter cartridge. There should be a space beneath the installed filter that is at least equal in height to that of the filter itself.
