 Large industrial mechanical filters Cintropur NW 500 are designed for the highest flow rates of filtered water. They are particularly suitable where there is a demand for maximum water flow or where the water is heavily contaminated. The filter is equipped with a drain screw for easy maintenance.

Mechanical water pipeline filters Cintropur NW 500 remove mechanical impurities such as sand, clay, hair, and other insoluble particles up to 1 micron depending on the filter cartridge used. Mechanical filters serve for pre-filtering water and are installed as the first stage of the filtration system.

Advantages of using Cintropur filters

Cintropur is one of the most economical operations on the market. Instead of a classic filter cartridge, a so-called “sock” is used, which fits onto the filter cylinder. The filter has a low pressure drop. The design of the filters includes a so-called centrifuge, which creates a boiling effect inside the filter bowl, significantly increasing filtration efficiency.

You should know

We recommend installing Cintropur filters at a sufficient height, allowing for comfortable maintenance and replacement of the filter cartridge. There should be space underneath the installed filter that is at least the same height as the filter itself.
