The large industrial mechanical filters Cintropur NW 650 are designed for the highest flow rates of filtered water. They are particularly suitable in situations where there is a demand for the highest water flow or when the water is heavily contaminated.

The Cintropur NW 650 mechanical pipe filters remove mechanical impurities such as sand, silt, hair, and other insoluble particles down to 1 micron, depending on the filter cartridge used. Mechanical filters are used for pre-filtering water and are installed as the first stage of the filtration system.

Advantages of using Cintropur filters

Cintropur is one of the most affordable operations on the market. Instead of a traditional filter cartridge, a so-called "sock" is used, which fits onto the filter cylinder. The filter features low pressure drop. The design of the filters includes a so-called centrifuge, which creates a boiling effect in the filter bowl, significantly increasing filtration efficiency.

You should know

We recommend installing Cintropur filters at a sufficient height to allow for easy maintenance and replacement of the filter cartridge. The space under the installed filter should be at least the same height as the height of the filter itself.
