The large industrial mechanical filters Cintropur NW 800 are designed for the largest flows of filtered water. They are particularly suitable where there is a requirement for the highest water flow or where the water is heavily contaminated. The filter is equipped with a drain screw for easy maintenance.

The Cintropur NW 800 mechanical pipe filters remove mechanical impurities such as sand, clay, hair, and other insoluble particles up to 1 micron depending on the used filter cartridge. Mechanical filters serve to pre-filter water and are installed as the first stage of the filtration system.

Advantages of using Cintropur filters

Cintropur is one of the most economical operations on the market. Instead of a classic filter cartridge, a so-called "sock" is used that fits over the filter cylinder. The filter has a low pressure drop. The design of the filters includes a so-called centrifuge that creates a boiling effect in the filter bowl, significantly increasing filtration efficiency.

You should know

We recommend installing Cintropur filters at a sufficient height to allow for convenient maintenance and replacement of the filter cartridge. There should be at least as much space below the installed filter as the height of the filter itself.
