The quartz tube is changed only in case of damage or due to the accumulation of impurities, calcium, iron, etc., which prevent the passage of UV radiation and thus reduce the effectiveness of the device.
An additional charge of 249 CZK per package includes a reinforced packaging (cardboard tube in which the UV lamp is wrapped in bubble wrap and the entire tube is additionally packed in a cardboard box reinforced with bubble wrap) to eliminate damage to the glass tube of the UV lamp during transport.

For connecting the UV lamp, we recommend using surge protection UV Protect S PO20 in the socket before the transformer. This will protect the UV bulb and transformer from surges caused by, for example, current shocks or storms.
