Frequency of filter cartridge replacement:
- COMBI pre-filter - once every 10-12 months
- RO membrane 1000 GPD - once every 24 – 60 months (or when the filtration efficiency of the membrane drops below 80%)
The frequency of filter cartridge replacement also depends on the quality and quantity of input and consumed water. If the quality of the input water is worse, it is necessary to perform a service replacement of the filter cartridges sooner. The main indicator is a decrease in water flow from the filter.
