Replacement bulb for UV lamp VIQUA Sterilight VP-950.

The lifespan of this UV bulb is 9000 hours (approximately one year). The indicator light and sound signal will alert you to the need to replace the UV bulb, but it is always advisable to change it in advance. It is recommended to check the state of the quartz tube with every bulb replacement.

The quartz tube is only changed if it is damaged or due to accumulation of dirt, calcium, iron, etc., which prevent the passage of UV radiation and thereby reduce the efficiency of the device.

Warning: Never handle the UV bulb with bare hands, always use a dry paper towel, for example. Handling with bare hands significantly reduces the lifespan of the bulb. Please remember to restart your UV source after replacing the UV bulb (see manual).

For connecting the UV lamp, we recommend using surge protection UV Protect S PO20 in the socket before the transformer. This will protect the UV bulb and transformer from surges caused by, for example, current surges or storms.

Additional fee of 249 CZK for packaging includes a reinforced package (a cardboard tube in which the UV bulb is wrapped in bubble wrap, and the entire tube is additionally packed in a cardboard box reinforced with bubble wrap) to eliminate damage to the glass tube of the UV bulb during transport.
