Product detailed description
Mechanical Stainless Steel Filter FDW 1.0 is an effective magnetic filter with a filtering insert of 100 microns, which protects circulation pumps and heat exchangers from contamination within heating and cooling circuits. Thanks to a strong magnet with an intensity of 12,000 Gauss, it reliably captures metallic particles and magnetic deposits. The filter is made of stainless steel, which withstands mechanical impurities and chemical substances.
It is ideally used as a pre-filter for the water treatment plant Filter FDW 1.0 captures solid particles, sand, and sludge commonly present in the water supply system. Without this filter, there is a risk of reduced efficiency and lifespan of the equipment, its clogging, or even damage.
FDW 1.0 can also be used for drinking water filtration. In such cases, the magnet is usually removed, and the existing filter insert is replaced with a finer one for greater efficiency.
The product is manufactured in the Czech Republic.
