Product detailed description
UV lamps are designed to eliminate bacteria, cysts, and viruses from water using UV radiation. This disinfection method is applicable for family homes, cottages, laboratories, restaurants, hospitals, and also in industry.
How UV lamps generally work
Water enters the stainless steel tube and then flows inside the tube around a powerful lamp located inside a watertight casing. Ultraviolet radiation kills bacteria and viruses and damages their DNA molecular structure, thus preventing them from reproducing. At the same time, it does not introduce any changes to the chemical composition of the water, nor does it produce by-products. Ultraviolet radiation is completely harmless, eco-friendly, easy, inexpensive, and is the most modern method of disinfection.
SMP UV lamps are particularly suitable for pools and aquariums, but also as additional treatment in water treatment systems. They use powerful medium-pressure lamps (300 W to 12 kW) in a compact design, requiring minimal space for installation and allowing for effective treatment of large volumes of water. They can handle operational pressure of up to 10 bar and are made of stainless steel.
Thanks to the polychromatic radiation (180-600 nm), these systems effectively break down chemicals in the water, making them ideal for use in pools to reduce the concentration of combined chlorine, as well as in waterworks and treatment plants as supplementary treatment. The systems are made from durable 316L stainless steel, can be installed vertically or horizontally, and are easily accessible for maintenance.

UV lamps are typically supplied with the Ecoline panel, and upon request, the UV lamp can be supplied with the ST panel.
Both panels are made of the same material and have an IP 54 protection rating; they also have a hour counter, alarm, remote activation option, and a timer. The Ecoline panel is equipped with a single-language LCD2 display, while the SP panel has a 7'' touch and multilingual display.
The Ecoline panel additionally has digital outputs, event data logging, UV dose calculation, lamp power regulation, flow measurement - UVT input, and Ethernet, USB, Serial (Modbus, TCP/IP, RTU).
